1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Match My Vibe (the "Service"), operated by Island Pitch LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Match My Vibe is a free AI voice cloning demonstration and experience. The Service allows you to interact with an AI voice agent that mirrors your vocal energy and tone in real time. No account creation or payment is required.

The Service is provided for educational, experimental, and entertainment purposes.

3. Voice Cloning Consent

By using Match My Vibe, you consent to the temporary capture and processing of your voice audio for the purpose of real-time voice cloning and interaction. Specifically:

• Your voice audio is processed temporarily during your session to generate voice characteristics.
• We do not store your voice audio on our servers. Audio data is processed in real time and discarded after your session ends.
• You may choose to save voice embeddings locally on your own device. These remain under your control and are not transmitted to us.
• You represent that any voice you submit for cloning is your own, or that you have explicit permission from the voice's owner.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Impersonate another person without their explicit consent
• Commit or facilitate fraud, scams, or deception of others
• Create deepfake content intended to mislead or harm
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Island Pitch LLC. All rights reserved.

You own your voice. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your voice or vocal identity to us. Voice embeddings you save locally are yours.

6. Third-Party Services

Match My Vibe relies on the following third-party services to function:

• ElevenLabs — conversational AI and voice synthesis
• Cartesia AI — voice processing
• Anthropic Claude — language model intelligence
• Web Speech API — browser-based speech recognition

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for their practices or availability.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or fidelity of any voice clone produced by the Service. Voice cloning results will vary based on audio quality, session length, and other factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAND PITCH DESIGN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
